ui42 s.r.o. with its registered office at Haydnova 20/B, 811 02 Bratislava, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section: Sro, Insert number: 14226/B, Company ID: 35713003, Tax ID: 2020227770, VAT ID: SK2020227770, (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") hereby informs the public about the established accessibility requirements for the services provided in accordance with Act No. 351/2022 Coll. on the accessibility of products and services for persons with disabilities, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and the relevant implementing regulations transposing Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council on accessibility requirements for products and services.

1. Scope of the Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.ui42.com and all its components.

2. General Description of the Service

The website www.ui42.com provides information about the company ui42 s.r.o. The website presents the portfolio of services and expertise of the digital agency ui42, which focuses on e-commerce solutions, UX design, and performance marketing. Visitors to the site will find descriptions of the services offered, client references, and educational content in the form of blog articles.

3. Compliance Status of Content with Accessibility Requirements

The website www.ui42.com is in partial compliance with Act No. 351/2022 Coll. on the accessibility of products and services for persons with disabilities.

4. Inaccessible Content

Our website underwent an accessibility audit on 4.2.2025 according to WCAG version 2.2 at level AA conducted by an internal team. The evaluation result found a high degree of compliance with a minimal number of identified deficiencies.

During this audit, 16 cases of minor violations of accessibility standards were identified, mainly in the following areas:

  • Deficiencies in alternative descriptions.
  • Missing descriptions for links, incorrect heading structure, and incorrect list markings within HTML language.
  • Insufficient contrasts in small clickable elements.
  • Minor deficiencies in responsiveness and content display at these resolutions.
  • Keyboard inaccessibility in certain sections.
  • Missing navigation skip. 
  • Insufficiently visible focus state on some elements. 
  • Insufficient minimum size for some interactive elements.
  • Insufficiently descriptive text in input fields, not guiding users to correct errors, or complete absence of error messages.
  • Individual parts lacked specific names and labels for assistive technologies.
  • Missing announcements of state changes and their notifications for screen readers.

5. Goals and Improvement Plans

We are committed to improving the accessibility of our  www.ui42.com, including correcting the deficiencies mentioned in the previous section by 31.1.2026.

We regularly monitor and test our website to identify and remove existing barriers. As part of our plans, we will focus on:

  • Reviewing and updating alternative texts for images.
  • Ensuring captions and audio descriptions for all video content.
  • Ongoing optimization of accessibility for PDF files and other documents.
  • Improving contrast and programmatic labeling of interactive elements.
  • Verifying and correcting the structure of tables and forms for better compatibility with assistive technologies.
