Although I'm a newcomer at ui42, I already know that I work with an incredibly inspiring team. I started delving into the HR field while studying, but I still have the opportunity to learn new things, thanks to the team I work with. What's great is that this job is far from monotonous. Many people associate HR only with interviews and hiring, but there is much more to it. My favorite activity is helping to build and nurture our company culture. I enjoy good coffee, analog photography, and nature, but my greatest joy comes from my dog.
