Team
What you will work on:
- Design, development, and long-term management of AI chatbots and intelligent conversational agents
- Implementation of AI solutions for process automation in the e-commerce environment
- Design and optimization of RAG architectures, including working with data sources and vector search
- Creation and expansion of AI agents' behavior (working with tools, step planning, memory, decision-making)
- Increasing stability and quality of outputs using prompt engineering, guardrails, and fallback strategies
- Development of backend automations in Python and data stream processing
- Building production AI/ML solutions (GenAI, NLP, neural networks, classic ML models)
- Integration of external systems via REST API, including connection to CMS Buxus
- Collaboration on designing scalable and reliable AI solutions
We expect:
- Practical experience with programming in Python and working with SQL
- Experience with data analysis and data transformation
- Familiarity with working with REST API and integration scenarios
- Overview in the field of LLM models and their effective use (prompt engineering, contextual work with models)
- Experience with code versioning (Git)
- Basic knowledge of cloud services, ideally GCP (e.g., Cloud Functions, BigQuery)
- Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or NLTK
- Experience with e-commerce projects or platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking
- Ability to design solutions and bring them to production
- Proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility
- Quick adaptation to new technologies and AI trends
- Teamwork and the ability to work independently
- Natural curiosity and desire to grow professionally in the field of AI and automation
