At CK DAKA, they were looking for a strong partner for comprehensive management of performance marketing, who would help them side by side in achieving their goals and continuous growth. In addition to financial visions, they expressed a desire to work on making CK DAKA more visible as one of the most significant Slovak players in the field of services related to travel and exploration. The reason why the client was looking for a new agency or partner was also the continuously increasing costs of the internal marketing team, which was worsening the overall cost ratio on turnover.

We cleaned up the table 

At the beginning, precisely in mid-May 2024, we looked at the specific numbers that the client was operating with in the field of performance marketing. The constantly rising personnel and overhead costs for the internal marketing team were one of the reasons why CK DAKA began to consider cooperation with another partner. In just the first half of the month of collaboration, we saved the client at ui42 more than €2000 in HR costs for the internal marketing team and reduced the planned CPA (team costs + performance credits + tools) from 10.57% to 7.55%.

We took over the management of performance 

The first complete month when we fully managed ads on Google, Bing, Meta, along with communication on social networks and setting up external tools in our hands, was June 2024. Of course, this was preceded by the handover of information and accesses, which usually raise concerns for many companies. Even so that, despite bad results or a hunch that something is wrong, they still stick with their current partner or agency.

At ui42, we managed the entire process (despite the extensive guidelines from the departing marketing team) without the client experiencing any limitations, downtime, or even a decrease compared to the set plan or year-over-year comparison. After all, we took over the management of the entire online marketing during the already kick-started main summer season, which is crucial for the travel industry segment. We also optimized all necessary settings and accesses to be transparent and under the client's full control.

We exceeded the optimistically set plan 

The goal of our cooperation with CK DAKA was to increase the annual turnover and also reduce the cost share on it. In this particular case, it was about optimizing the costs of the marketing team along with optimizing and more efficient use of the media budget. These, in the hands of the previous team, sometimes reached astronomical figures, but without an adequate contribution. 

Based on these specific steps, we managed to exceed the set revenue target to 116% within the first full month of cooperation. At the same time, we achieved a 67% increase in planned ROAS.
