1. Customer behaviour analysis

The analysis consists of two parts, quantitative and qualitative audit. The quantitative audit provided results from data gathered from Google Analytics, videos and heatmaps in Zarget - customer behaviour observation tool. The qualitative audit was done by users’ remote testing, users being primarily from US, UK or Germany. Based on the scenarios we created directly for Sygic clients’ needs, we were able to reveal multiple factors we needed to remove to enable user to use to website with ease.

2. Designing new information architecture and website structure

Based on the results of previously mentioned analysis, we were able to create new information architecture and high fidelity wireframe which meet the needs of the current customers putting focus on B2B section with the main priority being website’s improved navigation. The time frame of the cooperation was 3 months filled with regular workshops, where we could discuss every step we took.
