What you will be working on:
- manage performance marketing projects and implement them with a team of digital marketers
- collaborate with top specialists from our teams, especially PPC and SEO to meet client needs
- oversee the fulfillment of strategy and campaign goals according to client expectations and their marketing plan
- manage a team of specialists as well as the budget
- Communication with the graphic designer (providing materials for banners).
- evaluate success and look for new, more efficient ways to develop the client's business
- operational communication with the client - analyze data, create reports, make presentations
- assign, monitor, and optimize work on the project
- upsell/cross-sell services for further project development
- be responsible for smooth, long-term cooperation
We are looking for a junior with:
- a sense of responsibility and independence
- the ability to cooperate and find solutions, build trust, and willingness to communicate their vision to both the client and the team
- systematic approach and focus on results
- willingness to learn, follow trends and market developments, gather inspiration or successful case studies
- the need to grow, achieve high goals, and potential for the future
We appreciate if you have:
- experience with managing performance campaigns and analyzing basic website errors through external tools
- knowledge of Universal analytics and GA4
- basic knowledge of CMS systems (Wordpress, etc.)
- basic knowledge of SEO, tools, practices, and tips
- basic knowledge of other important channels, UX, affiliate, email marketing, price comparison sites, and aggregators
- knowledge of Lookerstudio and experience with it, creating reports is an advantage
- a sense for copywriting - proposals or at least evaluation
