We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the expansion of the strong ui42 brand into the Czech market.

Slovakia has been small for us for a long time, and although we have projects in the Czech Republic, the time has come for a proper Czech branch.

What will be your mission:

Launch and develop business in the Czech market
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate directly with management on growth strategy + position the ui42 brand in the Czech market
- Build a local team and processes gradually
- Be the face of the brand in the new market
- Collaborate with specialist teams in the SK team
Requirements:
- deep knowledge of the CZ eCommerce market
- at least 3 years of agency experience
- entrepreneurial mindset
- Czech as a native language
- active English
- drive for results and high-level self-management
- knowledge of CMS systems and good orientation in performance marketing
