Online marketing has been my passion since my student days, and I have witnessed its gradual transformation from its former manual form to today's highly automated and integrated version. Based on this firsthand experience, as an advocate of automation, I follow the philosophy that automation should not come at the expense of innovation and the quality of implemented activities. With experiences in various positions both in-house and in agencies, when managing a project, I always strive for a comprehensive understanding of the client's current position in the markets they operate in, as well as their target audiences, products and services, and competitors, in order to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Since 2021, I have been collaborating with ui42 as a technical lead for the online marketing department, with a focus on PPC and SEO, with extensions into other areas such as UX, CRO, and data analytics. I design strategies and oversee their successful implementation for our clients across all stages of their business, in local and international markets. I contribute to the professional growth and development of individual team members, internal processes, and standards. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and hiking, which always energize me and inspire new creative ideas for solving complex problems. I also value quality books, films, and music, which accompany me both during work and leisure time.
