What does that mean?
- no bullshit job, if you're expecting to boost posts about kittens, you're at the wrong address
- we deliver real results to clients, i.e., turnovers, orders, leads, we deal with cost-effectiveness, profitability, and ultimately the client's profit
- on Facebook, your role doesn't end, if you see that a client's website could be optimized better, you'll suggest it because conversion rate is not something you're indifferent to
- you're directly responsible for the results, this responsibility goes hand in hand with an interesting reward
Your main activities will include:
- planning and designing campaigns on Facebook for Slovak and international e-commerce players
- looking for creative ways to beat the competition
- communicating with clients, you have to earn your authority
- analyzing existing campaigns and identifying potential problems and opportunities for improvement - a common routine for a performance marketer :)
- monitoring and evaluating statistics in ROI Hunter, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, custom reports via Supermetrics
- you must be able to present measurable results (not just to the boss, but also to the client)
- keeping up with current trends in the Facebook world, online marketing, and learning to do it better and better
