Too often we see a scenario in e-commerce: an online store has a fine-tuned product, it works great at home, and therefore decides to expand. But after launching in a new market, the numbers don't come. Campaigns don't perform, the new website is waiting for performance, and the growth potential remains untapped.

This was exactly the situation on the Polish market for our client Kompava, a Slovak manufacturer and seller of premium nutritional supplements for athletes and a healthy lifestyle, which has been operating on the market since 2002.

Challenge

Kompava had a stable product and a modern custom e-shop on the BUXUS CMS, but performance stagnated in the new Polish market. The goal was to maximize the new market through extreme performance and data.

For the Kompava brand, we therefore implemented the ONE-STOP-SHOP model, which combines the robustness of BUXUS, the speed of AI, the precision of PPC, and the power of SEO into one performance machine that eliminates friction between departments and ensures maximum synergies.

Trust and only then conversions

Entering the Polish market, where competition is extremely strong and customers are price-sensitive, required more than just launching a few PPC campaigns. Kompava, as a new brand, first had to gain the most valuable thing: trust.

Our first strategic step focused on transferring reputation. When we launched the language version of the website, we harnessed the power of AI to translate not only content but also thousands of existing reviews. The Polish customer did not have to trust Kompava "blindly"; they immediately saw that it was a proven brand with real results in other markets. This step, highlighted by involving the review portal Opineo, removed the main barrier to trust and convinced customers of the brand's seriousness.

Once trust was gained, the marketing team stepped in with a precisely targeted strategy tailored for Poland. We bet on what Polish customers love: dynamic combined discounts, promotions with bonuses, and advantageous shipping.

Our CMS BUXUS became the engine of marketing agility. While regular e-shops require lengthy developer work to launch a complex campaign (e.g., "product + bonus + discount code"), Kompava managed it quickly, without limitations, and without any programmer interventions.

Google Ads, as the strongest acquisition channel, was under our full control. Our main task was to maximize the technical agility of BUXUS, and to turn discounts into extreme profit. At the same time, we also played the role of strategic consultant for Meta Ads, which the client managed themselves. This ensured perfect alignment of the entire marketing machinery across all acquisition channels.

Results on the Polish market

The heart of this success was the utilization of synergies in scaling within the ONE-STOP SHOP ui42. The robust solution enabled the rapid launch of discounts and promotions required by the Polish market, which was ultimately felt by the client Kompava.
