UX
What does it mean
UX, from English User Experience, refers to the overall impression that a user gets when interacting with technology, such as websites, applications, or products. It includes all aspects of the user interface, such as design, functionality, speed, intuitiveness, and ease of use.
More info
The goal of well-designed UX is to create positive and productive interactions between the user and technology that support their goals and needs. UX should be tailored to the needs and expectations of the user while also providing a simple and intuitive way to perform the necessary tasks. Good UX can improve usability, productivity, and user satisfaction, increase their loyalty to the product or service, and contribute to the successful and long-term success of the technology. On the other hand, bad or unfavorable UX can lead to frustration and users leaving for competitive products or services. Therefore, it is important that UX is thoroughly planned and tested.
