Your basic combat tasks will be as follows:

  • you will set and achieve established KPIs,
  • you will be the guardian of the project budget and efficient management of the entire project,
  • you will oversee project revenues,
  • you will be the main commentator, providing feedback on prepared web solutions, product pages, web carts,
  • you will analyze web user behavior,
  • you will be the observer and controller of the correctness and efficiency of launched campaigns.

As part of the overall combat strategy, you will also have other duties:

You will identify potential weaknesses and sensitive points on the project and propose solutions to eliminate and completely remove them. You will ensure the integration of various marketing channels. According to the rule that more heads mean more wisdom, your task will also be to assist in creating the client's business strategy, including setting availability and sales of various product categories, consulting promotions, graphic designs, brand development strategies.

Among your key combat tasks will also be the following:

  • you will be the leader of your team, which needs to be led and rewarded,
  • you will help the entire team and project managers in communication with clients,
  • you will assist in solving complex situations,
  • you will interconnect clients so that they can efficiently exchange acquired know-how.

  • Client satisfaction is the key to the successful development of any business. You are here to help us with that and to further spread the good name of our company among our clients. Your task will be to meet client expectations, but you will also take care that this satisfaction is mutual and you will oversee the fulfillment of obligations and commitments on the client's side so that all parties are ultimately satisfied.
  • Proper client care is among the basic attributes of every successful account. A pleasant sit-down with a drink, congratulating on a holiday, or an unexpected welcome of a client back home after a challenging business trip are just some examples of the chosen approach. The sky is the limit for imagination and we are always open to innovative ideas. You will also meet clients at conferences and other important events.
  • A good account is both a diplomat and a taskmaster, who knows that the client's success is also important for us. Monitoring the development of the client's business will also be your task. You will inform clients about available innovations. In the case of new trends in digital marketing, you will give recommendations and information about new tools and development opportunities. We love new ideas and support creativity. The greatest successes are ultimately achieved by those visionaries who can not only motivate and inspire but also take charge and act in tough times.
