Organic Traffic
What does it mean
Organic traffic represents the number of visits to a website or other online content that was acquired without the use of paid advertisements. This form of traffic is usually obtained through quality content and search engine optimization.
More info
Organic traffic has the advantage that visits are gained due to the quality and relevance of content, and not paid advertising. This can be important for companies or organizations that do not have a sufficient budget for paid advertising and are trying to increase the traffic to their website using organic methods. On the other hand, organic traffic can be slower and more demanding to acquire than paid advertising. It can also be difficult to maintain organic traffic at a consistent level because search engines are constantly changing and evolving algorithms that determine which pages are displayed at the top positions within search results.
