The second type of sitemap file is an HTML sitemap, which provides users with an overview of all the pages on a website. HTML sitemaps are usually used for smaller websites that have fewer pages and are more user-friendly. After creating a sitemap file, it is necessary to register it in Google Search Console so that Google search engine can more easily find and index all relevant pages.
