Overall, we perceive the implementation of the chatbot positively. Objectively and subjectively, we feel a decrease in phone calls and emails to our customer service department. The chatbot helps us during weekends and holidays. Before introducing the chatbot, we always dealt with a "pile" of emails on Monday after the weekend, and there really were a lot, that has improved.
