Over the past 5 years, we have realized in the process of managing hundreds of e-commerce projects that the position of E-commerce Consultant combines a large number of different skills. Therefore, today we are looking for a person capable not only of communicating team results to the client but also of effectively coordinating the team. Communication with the client requires abilities typical for a sales personality. Such a person should be able to negotiate budgets, upsell projects, and create a relationship of trust with the client. On the other hand, communication towards the team requires a slightly different set of characteristics, such as empathy, composure, leadership, the ability to share visions, etc. Add to these personal characteristics the know-how at the level of a marketing manager, e-shop owner, or e-commerce consultant, and we get a new ideal member of the ui42 digital team.

What does the work of an E-commerce Business Consultant consist of?
Other responsibilities:
- You coordinate the entire team on the project and distribute the budget. You collaborate with project managers who are responsible for their marketing channel.

- Experience with overall management of an e-shop is a big advantage
