Zásielkovňa is a network of pickup points or collection points that are designated for the exchange and delivery of packages and parcels. It is a logistical system that allows customers to pick up their online purchases or other shipments at designated locations, which can be, for example, a store, kiosk, or another public location.

Thanks to parcel shop services, customers can receive their parcels more flexibly and comfortably, as they do not need to be at home for delivery. This system also allows for easy return of goods or parcels, which contributes to increased comfort and efficiency in online shopping.
