Why do UX testing?

Why do UX testing?

What is "that" UX?

User experience (UX) is the experience people have with a product or service they use in the real world. In the case of websites/e-shops, UX encompasses all aspects and interactions a customer has with the website.

How to improve the UX of your website?

There are two different approaches to improving user experience with websites/e-shops:

  1. Short-term tactics - observe and mimic the UX of other websites/e-shops
  2. Long-term strategy - own UX testing

What is the benefit of UX testing for the client?

In other words, why pay for it?

Over 50% of customers do not complete a purchase due to poor website usability. From experience, we recommend testing the website - for example, in our UX lab, where you can get relevant feedback from potential users. By observing changes in analytics, you will know whether the implemented adjustments and chosen approach were successful. Success is measurable only if changes are introduced gradually.

Case study Dr. Max: Thanks to testing, we increased the conversion rate by 20%.

Image presenting the online pharmacy Dr.Max with products on the website and mobile device, with text about increasing the conversion rate by 20%.

Dr.Max: "Collaboration with ui42 was very valuable for us. We appreciate the communication with the agency and the great attention to detail. Thanks to their recommendations, we were able to adjust the website and its mobile version, increasing the conversion rate by 20%."

When is the best time for testing?

Right now. :)

And when will the testing be successful?

Testing will be successful if the obtained information is incorporated into the website/project as soon as possible and does not remain "lying" only in the theoretical realm. It is good if the client knows that the website or application is already finalized and wants to verify how the final product is perceived by people (potential customers). However, we recommend avoiding implementing changes during the season. A more suitable time is before the season itself, when you can evaluate the success of the implemented changes relatively in advance and refine the details.

What needs to be done to arrange UX testing?

Contact us. :) We will go through your expectations and possibilities, because UX testing in our ui42 UX lab is always tailored to the client's requirements. It is good to clarify questions in advance, which will save time during subsequent testing and, at the end of the day, finances, because the output will be all the more valuable.
